My app was searchable in App Store. Then for a week, I removed it from App store. Added some new feature and republished. Now it does not appear on search. My app name is unique and there are no apps with same name or extension

Why did you remove and republish and not just directly update ?
You may have lost access to the app name, permanently. See this old post: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/76061
