When I try to submit a build to a public TestFlihgt Group, I get the following error:

This build is using a beta version of Xcode and can’t be submitted. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Xcode or the latest seed release found on the releases tab in News and Updates

Adding new builds was working fine earlier today, about 5 hours ago. I am not using a beta version of Xcode, just the latest version downloaded from the App Store, version 15.0.1 (15A507). Also, this is not the first build of this group, as I have added many builds to this group before, even a few hours before this error with the same hardware and software configuration. I am using a MacBook Pro M2 Pro, running macOS Ventura 14.1 (23B74).

Same here, was about to create a new post when I saw yours. Only difference is that I use a Macbook Air, also with M2 chip. Downloaded a fresh copy of Xcode in the hopes it would fix the issue, just to be slammed with the same error: New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 11 or later, iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs. Apps built with beta versions aren’t allowed.

Sounds like it must be an issue on Apple's side.

I am experiencing the same problem. It started happening on the 2nd of November. The same Xcode 15.0.1 could submit builds on the 1st of November and no configuration change has happened on my end overnight.

Found 1 workaround: Install xcode 15.0 and keep it any other folder other than Applications so that it doesn’t confuse which one you are opening, Create a build and release. This is the easiest fix for now, at least for emergencies. Took about 30 minutes for the whole process, You can keep both versions until a fix is available

downgrade to Xcode 15.0 would help

Same error here, with Version 15.0.1 (15A507) and Mac OS Sonoma 14.1 (23B74) on MacBook Pro M1 2020
