Waiting for TestFlight review for about 3 weeks!

I submitted my app for TestFlight review about 3 weeks ago and it is still "waiting for review".

How can it be? I think something wrong is going on.

Please advise.

You may have done what I did once.

There is a Confirm your submission stage which you may have missed?

Thanks for your comment, but it does not make sense to me. If I had miss some confirmation stage, then it would'nt say "Waiting for review".
