Request Access to the App Store Connect API Not Working

Hey all,

I'm trying to gain access to the App Store Connect API to launch my first app on Test Flight. However when I click the agree button and try to submit, the submit button loads endlessly. I have tried on Safari, Chrome, and Safari on mobile. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have the same issue. If you look at the browser dev console, https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/iris/v1/apiAccesses is returning 500
