We have deploy the app from FlutterFlow via TestFlight to the app store. The app was reviewed and approved and then released to the app store. The app is now showing Ready for Sale since 18/10/2023 at around 09:00. We received an email yesterday morning (18/10/2023 @ 08:44) stating the app has been approved for the App Store. We have received an email with the link to the app on the appstore (https://apps.apple.com/app/sideline-partner/id6449695093)
However, we still cannot access the app from the app store from the iOS devices. It displays the following error App not available. The app is currently not available in your country or region. Looking at the App Availability section on appstoreconnect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/6449695093/appstore/pricing) is states that there are 175 Processing. Selecting manage shows all the countries as Processing to Available
This has now been longer than 24 hours and the app is still not been available. We need to have the app available as we have a release scheduled for this evening.
Can you please indicate what the problem is and why the app is not avaialble yet and how this can be fixed as soon as possible?
