Hi,


We have submitted an app to app store from Xcode 8.2.1 (8C1002). Users on 3rd/2nd generation iPads with iOS 9.x could not install or upgrade. Users facing an alert "The app is not comptible with your device". But the same app is installed on latest iPads with iOS 10.x.
