Change Developer Name in App Store Listing

We recently uploaded our app for review it got reviewed and we published it too, However when we see the name under developer tab, Our company name is not been seen, We see a individual developer name(testingSimonApp) over there, We need this to be resolved As soon as possible

We have raised a ticket with Apple Developer support 5 days ago , But not getting any update from official Apple developer support also

I have also attached the screen shot of the same .

Can Anybody help us over here it will help us a a lot.

Hey!!!

The reason that shows is because that's the name you created your account with.

Unfortunately in order for your company name to show up it has to have a Duns and Bradstreet number. I think that way they know it's a legit, registered entity. Go on the dnb website and get a number. There is a way to get one as an apple developer as well.

I know this because I'm going through this. I wanted to get my name swapped out for my business name and they told me the same thing, now I'm waiting for a number of my own.
