Do I need US App Localisation Page in Appstoreconnect if I have UK?

I have an app that is UK (primary). Do I need localisation pages for US, Canada and Aus if the description and keywords are the same for each? Are there any disadvantages eg search results if I don't add all the English regions?

AFAIK, just having EN localisation (with no region specified) is enough. The same for french, which has also many variations.

The need is only if you have to adapt (US use metric system, not UK for instance).
