Sandbox Testers page is stuck with the error message

Hi,

My App Store Connect's Sandbox Testers' page gave me the error message "Something went wrong. Try again later" yesterday. It hasn't been resolved yet. I got the same error when adding a new sandbox tester.

This issue came suddenly, and I know the other person who has experienced the same issue. I need help or suggestion on what action I can take to get past this issue. Thank you!

Same here. I called Apple on the phone... to no avail.

Now I can't access the App Store Connect at all, I get this error:

Gateway Timeout
Correlation Key: 656RQUHQJIHPMCKIWYEKUTRWFI

Hi, just an update here. This issue is resolved for me now. I've just tested it. The page is opening, and the app work with the sandbox like it used to be. To all who indirectly or directly help on this issue, thanks.

I've had the same issue but found it resolved using Safari, not Google Chrome. GET https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/sandbox/v1/provider/account/list API returns 502 on Google Chrome but 200 on Safari.

I'm having the same issue and unfortunately using Safari instead of Chrome did not help it.

Same issue on three teams. I have no idea about it reason. Does anybody fixed it?

Still happening for me as well. Tried in multiple browsers and in private/incognito mode as well.
