I have been having trouble validating my app in XCode before attempting to upload it to TestFlight. I wanted to see if there was something in App Store Connect that would help. However, all I have access to is https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/access/developers. Even clicking on the logo or manually entering https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ just redirects me to the list of developers. Also, I have an alphanumeric team ID next to my organization name, but not next to other organizations that I am a part of (where I do not have this problem). Could this be related?
