Testflight Apps are in Waiting for Review from last 7 days : not progressing ahead

Since last 7 days or so our macOS apps are not getting reviewed for Beta Review. Not sure what is the reason before that it was working smoothly and apps were getting approved in one night time. I tried uploading app with +1 version as well but didn't worked out. From attached screenshot i uploaded build 4.24.2(792) and its been over a week from then, no progress on any builds. We can't add many users in internal testing group as no of QA members is High and internal accesss can't be provided to all.

From your screenshot the binary were uploaded only 2 (88 days expires ) or 4 (86 days expires) days ago. So it can not be waiting for more 7 days ❓

Actually i uploaded 792 one 6-7 days back. While observing for 2 days its not getting progressed so uploaded new versions, so removed previous one. Anyways i never observed more than 48 hours but this time its been going on from a week time.

I feel something is going on with testflight. Is it observed by anyone else as well?

Ya 792 was uploaded a week back. Seeing things not progressing tried uploading new builds. Anyways anyone else is facing the issue? generally it takes a night to approve but upto now also its no progress. Raised a ticket for expediate the app review process but no luck.
