Unable to create new versions for any of our Apps

Can't add new version of app - An error occurred
Hoping for a fix as well. It's been happening for the last 24h for me as well.
Same thing, in my case it's been happening from 72h approx. I already contacted support (without a solution), it seems to be an issue on their end. I hope it gets fixed soon.

If you continue to have trouble, please file a Feedback Assistant https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting with details of the actions you are taking and app information including the Name and ID. You can reply back to this thread with the FBA number for us to reference.
