How to remove Unsubscribe link from Test Flight Generated emails?

Hi,

My name is Shabari and I am from Kindle App Beta team(Amazon).We use TestFlight for distributing our Kindle App Beta builds. Every time we update the build, an email is sent out by TestFlight to Beta users which mentions about build update. In that email there is an Unsubscribe link where a user can unsubscribe from getting test flight emails. Is it possible to get rid of that link in the email that gets sent out.? Especially for Kindle build updates. I have attached a screenshot of part of the email which contains Unsubscribe link Screen Shot 2023-01-09 at 10.46.45 AM.png

Hello shabari13. I'm unclear what you're looking for. Are you asking for a way to remove the unsubscribe link from an Apple-generated email? Can you describe why you'd want to do that?

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am looking to remove the Unsubscribe link from Apple generated email . Very specific to our Kindle Beta app update email. Is it possible to do that? We would like our Beta customers unsubscribe from our Beta program through a specific way and not through this apple generated email option.

Hello Shabari, a couple of things:

The "unsubscribe" link cannot be removed. I would encourage you to file an enhancement request (ER) asking for the ability to do so. You can file that ER via the Feedback Assistant app or website. Please include justification for wanting to remove this link, especially because....
An "unsubscribe" link is likely required because of the email may be classified as "commercial", and thus would require such a link. One possible solution here may be to provide a customizable link, rather than removing it completely. That would be up to the relevant engineering teams to discuss and decide as part of your ER.
