Cannot see section on App Store Connect to add Subscriptions to the build

I've seen the screenshots where to add the subscriptions to the app. But I cannot find that section at all on App Store Connect.

I have configured everything on the subscriptions page- its 'Waiting for review'.

Not sure if that would make it to the app that's already approved.
