Recent TestFlight build missing ODR assets

Hi,

It looks like On Demand Resources are missing in our latest TestFlight builds. Everything was fine few days ago (3rd of October). We built the exact same revision of the code and now the assets are missing in the freshly built TestFlight build. Our development builds using an external OnDemandResources server work fine too.

Similar issues happened in the past, could this be an issue on Apple's side?

I attached the device logs with the error.

Thank you

Thierry

Hello everyone, I can confirm the engineering team deployed a fix for this issue the evening of Oct. 10, 2022. Thank you to everyone confirming it works.

Same thing is happening on my side since yesterday.

"Error fetching manifest", "Failed to find asset manifest", "Failed to import manifests", "No manifest found for bundle ID" and after that "Tags aren't valid"

Thank you Thierry, wanted to update this thread with the Feedback Reporter item ID you created:

FEEDBACK ASSISTANT ID: 11657901

Exact same thing happening for me, as per https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/717138

Same thing happening with my recently uploaded TestFlight app.

FB11664200 (ODRs uploaded with TestFlight builds are not working)

any luck for anyone?

Same issue is happening for me, Resources are getting downloaded in Xcode debugging but not on TestFlight. Any luck for any one

Just filed DTS incident for this along with feedback ID FB11664200

Anyone tried submitting such build for Apple Review and make it to App Store. As this might not happen for the real App Store.

I have exactly the same issue, any update on this?

I am not sure, but this issue can be related to certificate signing of ODRs during upload.

My distribution certificate expired on 3-oct and xcode renewed the certificate automatically and then uploaded the archive (which resulted in no ODRs). When I tried exporting App Store archive in a folder then I can see erros in the log file all related to ODRs.

Anyone whose certificate expired and renewed recently?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Our engineering teams are investigating.

Meanwhile, please try uploading a new build of your app and let us know if the issue persists.

If the issue remains after uploading a new build, please file feedback (or update your existing one) using Feedback Assistant app or Feedback Assistant website.

A detailed bug report with logs allows the engineering teams to investigate the issue, and contact you via Feedback Assistant if they need more details or when the issue is resolved.

Please include details including when you uploaded your app, what version of Xcode you are using to build your app, and a sysdiagnose (it's gathered by Feedback Assistant app by default; you'll need to create a sysdiagnose.

Please add your Feedback number (FBXXXX) to this thread for tracking purposes.

Thanks,

—Jason.

Good to hear you are investigating. The issue still exists as of the last hour when I tried a new build and is also occurring in a totally separate app I work on.

Just received email from Apple that the problem is fixed now. I quickly uploaded and now ODRs seems to be working fine!

For me also this issue no longer happening. Thanks!
