Subscription level - how do they affect subscribers?

Hi,

I made a mistake editing our subscription order. I put it all wrong.

After that, I started getting messages that people had been charged twice.

I accidentally put our subscriptions in different levels (monthly level 1, three months level 2, etc.) when they would need to be all in the same level (1) in descending order.

I am afraid to go and change it back. What will happen to my subscribers, then?

Will all go smoothly, or will they experience some kind of down or upgrade done for them?

Does anyone have experience?

Will it just go smoothly? If I put all our subscriptions to level 1 in descending order. The way it is supposed to be.

Making changes to the ranking on App Store Connect, does not impact any existing subscriptions or past subscription changes. The subscription ranking is only checked at the time when a customer make their subscription change.

What happens if I ask a customer to cancel and then resubscribe then? does the ranking take effect then?
