My app has been removed from App Store for about nine months. I recently uploaded a new app version to App Store Connect and sent it for review. An hour later, I received an email that said my submission was accepted for release on the App Store. However, on App Store Connect, my app's status is Removed from Sale. What's wrong? There are no emails I received from Apple that indicate the release has some issues.
