App Store Connect portal returns 404 not found when attempting to modify App Clip experience via "Edit Advanced Experiences" button

I'm getting a 404 page when I attempt to interact with the advanced App Clip editor page within App Store Connect. Can anyone else edit their app clip experiences right now, or do you also get a 404?

Steps for both released and unreleased apps:

  1. Navigate to an app in App Store Connect
  2. Scroll to App Clip section
  3. Click "Edit Advanced Experiences" button
  4. Receive a 404 page

Last tested Sunday Aug 14, 2022, @ 9:52 AM CDT.

Separately, has anyone integrated with the App Store Connect API for App Clips? Not sure if just the portal is affected or if the API for App Clips is down too.

seeing this as well, can confirm it affects the app store connect API and not just the portal. this has been ongoing since at least friday afternoon ET (8/12/22)
