Starting price for subscription schedule price not reflecting pricing tier

I'm trying to schedule a price change for an annual subscription for our app. When selecting the base price point in US Dollars, the values to select from does not reflect the actual pricing tiers for US Dollars.

Anyone knows if this is a bug on the AppStore Connect side or if I missed anything. I trying to select USD $7.99 but instead I have $7.79 and $8.39 available?
