Hello. I recently received this message from the App Store Review team:

We need additional time to evaluate your submission and Apple Developer Program account. Your submission status will appear as "Rejected" in App Store Connect while we investigate. However, we do not require a revised binary or additional information from you at this time. If we notice any issues that require your attention, we will let you know via App Store Connect. If we find no issues with your submission or account, the submission will be approved.

I looked and read about similar cases. But I did not find a clear and understandable answer. It is clear that such cases are individual and decisions are made differently. I would like to get a clearer picture of what is happening and understand what to expect.

Same here, got the same rejection, with no reason except "other", which doesn't give me much to work with. It's my first app on the platform, maybe they do a deeper dive for first time accounts? Anyway, hope you get this resolved. I saw one other and he had his developer account closed. There aren't many others with this message so if you do get a response, please update, it will likely be useful to many. I'll do the same.

They did not do deeper dive in first time accounts, mine just got this message and I have this account for about 3 years with some apps there. Don't know why this happened. Does @pakkie have some news about it?
