I replied to the email I received with a fix for the two speculated problems. I was informed by Apple Support that there was nothing to do at the moment to resolve the issue.

The email is as follows.

I'm still not exactly sure what the problem is. I have tried the following responses.

I added a feature to my Simple Spot the difference DX that allows the remote config to display the UI at any given time to hold a promotion, but I removed it.

Also my Escape Game Escape from Mysterious Small Room app had an unusual number of downloads on May 28 and May 29.

The reason for this is that I have not done any modification or promotion on my part.

If this is the problem, can you please advise me what I can do?

Please check it out.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

As mentioned in the last email manipulating App Store chart rankings, user reviews or search index violates the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (PLA) Section 11.2.

We encourage you to closely monitor your app activities and should you notice any abnormal data, please follow the steps:

Sign in to App Store Connect account > Contact Us > Report a Concern > Report a Fraud Concern

As of now there is no further action to be taken, but we would like to highlight the importance of monitoring your apps activities.

Sincerely, Apple

I've just received the same email and have no idea what the problem is. My apps use SKStoreReviewController to request reviews.

Did you find out anymore information on why you got this email? I just received the same one today and I have no idea why.

Have any update?

Does someone have any update on this?
