For some reason when I'm trying to enroll into the Apple Developer program I am receiving the an error stating "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. We encourage you to use the free resources below to refine your coding skills."
Additionally, the URL I was redirected to was: https://developer.apple.com/enroll/ineligible/age-category

I've seen other threads on the forums here that are linking this to Apple ID issues where the user was under 18, but I am over 18 and my Apple ID reflects that. Any help here would be excellent as I'd like to get started ASAP, thank you.
I had a similar issue when I was registering. First I would suggest to start troubleshooting by double checking if you have another Appleid or email already associated with a developer account and even Apple Business Manager. Secondly, make sure you are enrolling using the latest developers app via iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Also, make sure you are using the same login as the one logged in to the device. Hope this help’s!
