For some reason when I'm trying to enroll into the Apple Developer program I am receiving the an error stating "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. We encourage you to use the free resources below to refine your coding skills." Additionally, the URL I was redirected to was: https://developer.apple.com/enroll/ineligible/age-category (note the "ineligible/age-category"; see the attached image for the full page) I've seen other threads on the forums here that are linking this to Apple ID issues where the user was under 18, but I am over 18 and my Apple ID reflects that. Any help here would be excellent as I'd like to get started ASAP, thank you.
