I can't add a group to test my app in Test Flight.

After i submited a version to review and it approved. I can`t to add new versions to test in Test Flight. New versions kepp the status "Ready to Submit" and i can't to add a group to test this versions.

I canceled submission before it sent to store and i can't to add a group to test new versions in Test Flight.

Can someone help me?
