I connected Universal Control to MacBook Pro 16 (macOS Montery 12.3) and iPadAir3 (iOS 15.4) and worked fine. Connected VPN, and iPad disconnected.
I'm not a security/networking wonk, but I was surprised this occurred over a USB connected iPad. Wireless I would understand.
But when I'm VPN, I can still access a USB drive. If I turned off wireless on the iPad would it work?
It's not a big deal, and if this was some bad security practice to allow it to stay connected, I get it.
Just asking, if this is something that might be considered OK and "permitted", maybe it can include this capability; USB connected, wireless off, VPN on MacBook.
