iOS App is "rejected": Additional Time is needed?

Hello folks, I am new to publishing iOS App. Yesterday, I submitted my first iOS App to Apple for review, and today I was noticed that my App is "rejected," but actually it's not. I receive the following message on Apple Connect:

"We need additional time to evaluate your submission and Apple Developer Program account. Your submission status will appear as "Rejected" in App Store Connect while we investigate. However, we do not require a revised binary or additional information from you at this time. If we notice any issues that require your attention, we will let you know via App Store Connect. If we find no issues with your submission or account, the submission will be approved. If you have not heard back from us after 7 business days from the date you received this message and would like to inquire about the status of our review, you may file a request via the Apple Developer Contact Us page."

I am really confused since my App is a really simple Emojis App without any In-App purchase or anything that is potential harmful. I don't know how long I should expect to wait for my App to really be reviewed by Apple. I also search this rejection reason on Google, but it seems like this rejection reason is pretty rare.

Is there anyone has similar experience with me? I would really appreciate your help and sharing!

Hey folks, just some updates to this question. After my App was rejected for this reason, I waited for 2 days, and there was still no progress at all, regardless of what I did. So I just resubmitted it again, and magically, after submitted for half of day, my App was passed. So my suggestion is just to resubmit your App if there is no progress for your current App review :) I hope this can help!

This has been happening to me since April 1, 2022. Multiple rejections, numerous appeals rejected, and the app and account is under investigation for the second time this month.

This is my only account which I've had since 2020 with several apps published. The one being rejected was doing well.

my account was terminated and I created a new one and I submitted a new application I got same message again. I know it will be terminated again
