What does it mean?

My app doesn't track or collect any user data. However it was rejected and I was asked to submit demo video that shows the App Tracking Transparency permission request in your app.

The video should show what the user sees after selecting "Ask App Not to Track" and "Allow," as well as any prompts or messages that appear before the permission request.

I have not implemented this system in my app what they are asking as my app doesn't collect any data.

What to do in this case?
