Enrollment Profile updates required

Hi there

I'm using macOS Server (V5.11.1) with Profile Manager and Apple Configurator 2 (V2.15) to manage iPads and iPhones within our company. We use this to manage a couple of iPhones and iPads (with the latest version 15.2.1).

Unfortunately, our SSL certificate is only valid until the end on January so we renewed the certificate. We replaces everything in the keychain management, etc.

Now, in profile manager we see a warning icon on every device and the warning: "enrollment profile updates required".

As a test we created a new enrollment profile and installed that on 3 devices. On one device the warning icon is gone but on the other two it doesn't seem to have any effect (warning icon still there).

Does anybody know what could be the issue there? All devices are iPads with the same iPadOS version.

Have you tried to renew using these steps: https://support.apple.com/lv-lv/guide/server/apd2a6a09a7/mac

From what you described you used keychain to do the replacing and PM needs you to use its certificate interface so it knows how to bind the cert to its services. I would try the steps in the Article. If this doesn't work generate a NEW certificate request in the Certification UI in server, get your cert and than open the request and paste in the details.. once the cert is good you will need to associate the new cert with PM in the drop down. You should restart after. Hope this helps.
