[License Agreement] Can not accept license agreement

Hi, can someone help me, I can not find any button to accept this license agreement.

I am Account Holder, and after clicking to account link, it redirects to my developer account. I accepted it in my developer account, but when I come back to Apple Store Connect, this agreement is still there, and no accept button for me in Action column.

Hi all, thanks for your attention. Finally I got the issue fixed by calling Apple support. They called back after 1 minute, and everything is fine now. Email or ticket are not work btw. Just call them.

same, Already accepted but still shows that. I cannot notarize app now due to this.

Same here. Trying it on a Mac with Safari. I am the Account holder and cannot change product prices anymore which is really bad for us and needs to be fixed ASAP. Getting this message:

Apple Developer Program License Agreement Updated The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website.

When I click the "account" link in "accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website", it goes to the developer.apple.com page but there's no agreement to sign.

"Agreements, Tax & Banking" gives me a list of Agreements, for "Free Apps" it says "effective June 16, 2021 - Dec 11, 2022" and "status=active (new agreement available" and a yellow symbol. There is NO link or button in the "Action" column.

We have the same problem now. Was someone able to solve the problem via email with the Apple team? How long did it take? The German support doesn’t understand the issue. Is there a direct email address for US support?

We accepted the new agreement on December 14th. Unfortunately, the App Store Connect system did not notice this. Now it is not possible to update the apps.

The second Apple employee was able to help me via email. I was able to agree to the agreement and update the app. It took two days with the email support. In the time of the holidays it is a good response time in my opinion. Thanks to the Apple team for the quick help.

We had no help from Apple so far and there are a lot of posts on this forum without any reply from Apple at all... No reply to my "Feedback Assistance" ticket yet, too. Anyway, another user in our team, who is not the original "Account holder" but has "Account holder" permissions, was able to review & agree. He had that link in the "Actions" column in the agreements list. So, we were able to help ourselfs.
