I'm so disappointed.
First, I got rejected to enroll in the developer program bec my name, Apple stating its listed on USA screening list of international criminals.
So, I opened a ticket, asking what is needed to verify myself?
The reply was the same automatic message that was sent to me before. so the advisor completely ignored my questions.
So I opened a new ticket, sending my National Passport, and My ID that is issued from different country from both sides.
But instead of getting any reply, I got ghosted, and when I check the state of the 2nd case, it shown it has one update and I cant seems to access it, everytime I click on it at MySupport, I get nothing that just the reference number of the case
I've contact Mac support on chat, they couldn't help bec they are different department.
I've called the support in Slovenia by phone, they said the same thing, the only way to reach the developer support is via Web and all I can get is just being ghosted over and over.

Kindly, I hope anyone from dev team support have a look, and I'm ready to prepare any documents needed, I went through the same process with Google, and never have a problem and my app store page on google play is up and running.
In those images: that was the first ticket I made, which I normally replied by email with all details, but no respond. and thus I created a new ticket that is mentioned above where it got ghosted.
