Hi, we started getting a message on some devices: "Failed to fetch the data base records. Request failed with http status code 503". It appears when we are trying to retrieve data from iCloud (when we save data to iCloud it does not appear and saves sucessfully). What could be the cause?
I am getting the same issue with a small percentage of my users. I cannot replicate the issue on my device but it’s very frustrating for users who are experiencing the issue.
@dimitriev Are you able to replicate the issue on your devices? I am unable to but some of my users are experiencing the issue. It looks like you are seeing the issue on your device, so can you please do the following:https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/ Download the CloudKit profile on your device and then follow the instructions. Submit a bug report with that log file and it will help Apple determine what the issue is. I would do this myself, but I cannot replicate the issue on my device.

It's ridiculous that this issue is still unresolved after several months. People actually use iCloud Drive. If it does not work, Apple should just tell us so that we find other solutions.
