Hi, we are working on an app that would market and sell Tobacco products. As per the applied policy inApp Store that bans apps that promotes the use of tobacco or nicotine-related paraphernalia, including but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, hookahs, or e-cigarettes.
I am wondering if this is true and if we can still market and sell if age is verified by a third-party vendor or company or any such way. Please if someone can provide an explanation or have had this question to the group already?
