When I search my app on app store, my app didn't appear. I access through ID link https://apps.apple.com/us/app/app-name/id, it noti "Connecting to the itunes store" Do you know what problem here?

Your post is hard to understand ; it seems there are missing words. How long ago did you post your app ? It could take some time before it appears (1 day).
Yes, I have the same problem, my app cannot be found by its name, Graphmath, and it has been like this for almost 2 month It can be found if I add more keywords, like "graphmath math", or "graphmath graph" or even "graphmath graphmath" but not just by its name, "graphmath", I have tried Customer Support, but got no where, they always say, "they are working on it and will let you know as soon as we found anything"
