App Didn't Auto-update - is it bc of Testflight?

We published an app update, and some users are seeing the option to "Update" when they go to the app store, but it did not automatically update. These users insist they have the setting to auto-update. These same users happened to have Testflight apps - could this be the culprit?

I have the same problem. The test build is processed and email received as "ready to go", but the build is not being pushed via TestFlight. Worked like a charm for 2+ months, just stopped today. Any ideas?

I figured it out in my case: I was missing some payment info and the new rule of adding the banking account address. Once I updated that, TestFlight started working again.
