Pre-order first in Asia and then in the other countries - possible?

Hi,

can I start a preorder with only the countries for Asia (under Availability on the Pricing and Availability) and start another pre-order, as soon as the app is published in asia, for the other countries?

Or can I only pre-order once and that's it?
