Monterey Shortcuts issue (not authorised)

Converted a working AppleScript routine to a Mac shortcut but get the error message: "Not authorised to send Apple Events to Microsoft Outlook" (same with Finder).

No option to authorise when run and no obvious way to allow in System Preferences.

Anyone found a workaround?

Now getting a different error message: "Microsoft Outlook got an error: Application isn’t running." Which is not true...
