I have an app for our small business. Was made by a developer, all went well but we have not been in contact. Have changed our website over from Wix to a Wordpress webpage.
It looks like the app was linked to the website and is no longer active. I don't know much about app development but do know IT. My thought is it must just be pointing to a URL that is no longer available after our website move.
Does anybody know where you would check that?
The first to call is the app developer. Another option is to ask the company that manages and hosts your WordPress site. I host my WP with - https://www.hostcolor.com/webhosting/managed-web-hosting.html - and they fix all issues for me. Contact them they'd help. Alternatively, you'd always go to WordPress.org and check discussions.
