Upload updated build to AppStore but didn't show on TestFlight tab or Apps

I just upload new build version to AppStore with Xcode
AppStore just appear new version row but no build in there after refresh version disappear

I try to upload many time but still the same. CS is still didn't answer my questions

How can I fix this?
