TestFlight show, but when expand each version is grey

I try to upload my app for ipad only and successfull distribute by XCode. In TestFlight build number show up, but when I expand that build, show only grey background. So, there is no button "Ready to Submit" and I can't publish it to my team. Anyone facing issue like me?
