APP Tracking Transparency - Remove

Being a Kids oriented APP, we are told to remove APP Tracking Transparency. However, we could not find any document that helps us on, how to remove ATT, which perhaps is enabled by default.

Anyone who could guide on this, please help.

Go to Build Phases -> Linked Binnary with Libraries.
Search for AppTrackingTransparency.framework. Remove it.

It's not there, but still, Apple says, we should remove ATT, without giving any additional information.
Note: we do have firebase analystics enabled.
