"Share Beta Feedback" button is missing

Does anyone know why "Share Beta Feedback" button could be missing for some ?
Option "Tester Feedback" is enabled for the required group of testers and some users have this button when they make a screenshot while some don't have.

  • 2023.Feb.13 … i am experiencing this as well. I am a developer whose company is using TestFlight for beta, and apparently some of our Beta users have this, and others do not.

    i see this question, but no answers over the course of one year.

I am experiencing this same problem -- works on 1 device and doesn't work on the other device. Where you able to figure out what the problem was?

I just saw this issue on my brother's phone, but just deleted the originally installed app from the phone then reinstalled completely from testflight. From here, it was an available option by clicking the thumbnail of the screenshot.
