Bank key doesn't exist

Hi, I can't submit a bank account to my App store connect. I get following error message:
Bank key doesn't exist
Has anyone any experience of overcoming this?

After contacting iTunes Finance the solution was to apply another clearing number then the one I actually had. The best would be to reach out to support at https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1105/subtopic/30009/solution/select

Another clearing number? I only have one clearing number for this account. How can I then add another clearing number? How did you solve this problem?
Thanks, it worked! Apple support helped me with this and they had a really clever solution for sending the required info in a safe way.

I have the same problem. I tried everything but nothing works to get me past this... I can't start my new App until this i solved :( I have waited 3 days for support from Apple!

I had the same problem. I solved it by entering the bank main store key. Hope it works out.

For anyone with the same issue, here is the solution I have found:

I was using

<bank number> <some branch number> <city code>

for the bank code / branch code section and had "Bank key doesn't exist" error. Fortunately, I could open a different account on another ank branch (a much more centrally located one). After using

<same bank number> <different branch number> <same city code>

and new account details, I was able to pass this issue. I hope that helps anyone struggling with this issue.
