Connect features show nearly zero details

As many developers we do have Android and Apple app versions. For Android we use the Play Console. It’s not perfect but we can effectively manage subscriptions, deal with user requests. We can for example search a specific subscription in the play console. For Apple we work blind or am I missing something? How can we check the status of a specific user subscription? For example, if one user writes to our support saying he subscribed but his premium is not updated, he shows us the screenshots proving he paid, but I have no way to cross that info in Connect. Really, am I missing something here?
