We decided to discontinue a subscription service a few months ago. Already made some announcement via email and an in-app message about it then recommend the user to unsubscribe from the service.

But there are 3 active subscriptions still auto-renewing until today and simply we don't want to steal from the users.

Is there a way to cancel all active subscriptions? And also any information we can use to contact the user or maybe receiptID? We need it to process the refund.

I think you could simply remove the IAP from Sale or remove it entirely. That should cancel future renewals.

I've the same question. I know it's not possible to remove the IAP but it's possible to put it unavailable using the "cleared for sale" flag. I want to know what happens when the subscription is "cleared for sale", what happens to the active subscriptions?
