Call Directory Extension on iOS14.x, Phone app's call history screen not display Name with short number.

When using Call Directory Extension on iOS14.x, Phone app's call history not display Name with short number.

on iOS13.x, Phone app's call history always displayed name of Call Directory Extension even short phone number.
But, on iOS14.x, Phone app's call history does not display name of Call Directory Extension of short phone number.
The apps are the same, but the display results are clearly different.

The display result of iOS13 is correct.
The display result of the history screen of iOS14.x is strange.

Short number of Call directory extension's name(like 203, 4601) is not displayed in call history screen.

However, when receiving a call(Incoming call screen), the name of Call Directory Extension is displayed correctly on both OS.

And new discovery related to this issue.

I registered 661010 by CallDirectoryExtension.

in Phone's dial pad
input 661010 -> unknown
input +661010 -> displayed name of 661010
input 010661010 -> displayed name of 661010

very strange behavior.

Call directory extension data are
202, 203, 204, 302, 306, 4601, 4606, 661010

Input +202, +203, +204, +302, +306, +4601, +4606, +661010 to dial pad,
Names are displayed. This is a bug.

Please, fix this bug.

Sorry, My feedback is from my companies business account.
I think it's the same issue, but let's patiently ask to Apple as a each issue.

Hello, someone of inside Apple!
Please, see this thread and fix this bug.
iOS 14.4 Beta 2 still has this bug.
Please, check this issue!!
iOS 14.4(RC) still has this bug.
Does anyone have work around about this bug??
I can confirm exact same behaviour in our internal call directory app. Couldn't figure out any workaround.
We faced the same error. But the names are not displayed if we type the + sign in front of the number. The numbers are five-digit, such as 33215, 33216, and so on. On incoming calls the numbers are determined correctly. This is a very annoying mistake, it is a pity that Apple does not want to fix this error.
This is fixed by iOS 14.5 beta2.
Today, iOS 14.5 was released.

But, iOS 14.5 has new bug about CallDirectoryExtension.
