Hello,

One of our app is waiting for developer release approved before 08 Dec 2020.

Does the new privacy policy effective from 08 Dec 2020 require us to publish our Privacy policy first before we are able to release the app?

With regard to our other apps, If we do publish the privacy policy, will our app that is already waiting for developer release is reviewed again?

Yes it does: This information will be required to submit new apps and app updates to the App Store starting December 8, 2020

If we do publish the privacy policy, will our app that is already waiting for developer release is reviewed again?

It's already been reviewed. Next time you update it you need to comply with the new privacy requirements
