Our app was approved by Apple after some more information was required. It appeared to be on the App Store when looking at App Store Connect, however it didn't yield an any searches. I've doubled checked the countries, and switched it off and on again, but still it doesn't appear. The message chats are closed in the resolution centre, so I can't even ask the reviewer what is happening. How do I open up a ticket for Apple to check this? What can be done? I've seen similar posts but trying what worked for others didn't work for us.
