We have an app that has been in the store for a number of years. Recently we found the cert expired. A new one was created using the same profile with the same app-id (including prefix). When we attempt to install the new version over the old one we see a pop up saying "<App> is Already Installed. To install app, delete <App> from your device and try again."
Comparing ipa details between our last release and this new build the profile and profile uuid are the only things that do not match. Would that be enough to prevent an app upgrade?
If the app is deleted the new version installs and runs without issue.
