I am trying to upload an app from last one month. But apple is rejecting my app and saying that your app is not following the guideline. In app section he is saying that my app is only for marketing purpose and in call he is saying that I need to add more functionality.
But there are already 100 of similar apps already present in app store.
I think representative is making it personal.

I am not uploading anything illeagal.
In starting conversation, representative said me that if there are similar apps then he will remove it.
And when i am showing him the similar apps then he is saying that i will not talk about other apps.
And he is only saying these things again and again.
Is there any thing in which i can complain about that representative because he talks like he have any personal issue with me.
