Uploaded build is not showing in app store connect

I uploaded my release build to app store without any changes from latest version in app store.
But it is not showing in app store connect about a day.
I cannot see any build about new version in app store connect entirely(App Store Connect - TestFlight - iOS Build).
Also, I didn't receive any email from apple in my icloud account mail.

Again, I didn't make any change in my project...

I uploaded an IPA with transporter and also with organizer in XCode.

My XCode version is Version 12.0 (12A7209)

We are having this issue too the last week or so. It's taking some builds a day and a half to two days to appear, and some never appear, with virtually no difference between them. There's no notification emails being sent of any issues.

If anyone has any clues as to what is going on, it's much appreciated.

I wish once xcode shows it as uploaded, that they would be more transparent about status at this phase
